Anyone want to guest post (especially on the U.S. remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo)?
I won't be seeing the U.S. remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, as the original film was just too violent for me. It opens on the 21st of this month. If you're going to see it and would like to write up a review, let me know.
If you have any other ideas for guest posts you'd like to write, be it an older film or a new release, or a television show, let me know. Or if you post something to your own blog that you think we should link to, recently or further back in your archives, I'm always happy to get those suggestions.

I just got a new job in 1 movie screen town. I wonder if The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo will even be an option for me to see....
Oh wow, good question. Because Austin is much smaller than Dallas and Houston, there are films that don't make it here even though we have an active film industry, but not too many! Is there anywhere in driving distance?
Oh dear god, where in the hell have I relocated?!
I finally remembered to see what is playing at the local theatre this week, and can choose between New Year's Eve, Alvin & the Chipmunks, and - coming soon - Mission Impossible. Is this town a time-warp? I could have sworn I saw 2 out of the 3 movies listed back in elementary school. Maybe it's a bad movie black hole....an ever-expanding vortex sucking in all the bad movies before yanking them into oblivion.
Anchorage is a 3 hour drive. I'll be heading this for x-mas. Maybe I can convince my cousins to sample the absolutely divine traditions I picked-up spending the last couple holidays with Jewish friends. Namely: a kick-ass movie.
Or I'll guest post on an older movie I can order from Netflix. Netflix has all kinds of ass-kicking. Right now it suggests I watch some German vampires recruit a straight woman into their lesbian fold. Or The River Wild.
I think if you could get them to show Alvin and the Chipmunks and Mission Impossible at the same time, and Tom Cruise was blowing up the Chipmunks, that might be okay?!
